Breakfast: Ham with hash browns

 

Lunch: Hot Dogs, Macaroni & Cheese

 

Circle of Friends Caroling/Hot Chocolate & Cinnamon rolls is Thursday night from 3:45-5:15.  

 

10:00 Late Start Tomorrow

 

FBLA will be selling candy canes again this year during lunch today, Wednesday, and Thursday. They will also sell them before school on Wednesday. Candy canes will be delivered on Tuesday, December 19th. You must pre-order your candy canes.  The cost of one candy cane is $.50.

 

Speech students: You must sign up for your practice times! If practices are not scheduled, it will be assumed you are no longer interested in competing!

 

One-act cast: Turn in your scripts or seven dollars this week!

 

A college representative from Chadron State will be here TOMORROW  6th period.

 

The National Honor Society and Student Council members will be going to Kearney tomorrow  to get supplies and make Christmas Care Home Buddy gifts at Mr. Doud’s house. We will plan to leave in school vans after practice at appx. 6:00 PM.

We will be delivering the Buddy gifts on Sun., Dec 17. The van will leave leave the school at 1:00 PM. Please sign up on the sheets on Mr. Doud’s bulletin board if you are able to attend these events.

 

Student Council is doing a “Coats for Christmas”  through the month of December.   If you have lightly soiled coats that you are not using you can donate them for a good cause.  The drop box is in the main entrance area.  Thank you!  

 

The student council would like preschool-12th grade and staff to wear an ugly Christmas sweater on Tuesday, December 19th to spread Holiday cheer!

Fast Fact:  The tradition of hanging stockings comes from a Dutch custom. They would leave shoes full of food for St. Nicolas' donkeys and St. Nicholas would then leave small gifts in return.
