These are all online this year on the AppCentri portal.
You will fill out all of your information, be able to upload a resume, and then conveniently import that information into each application you plan to apply for.

Greater Grand Island Community Foundation - opens December 1, 2024, Due February 10, 2025.
Students only need to submit ONE application online which will apply them to all of the 150+ scholarship opportunities managed by the Greater Grand Island Community Foundation with awards range from $500-$5,000. Scholarships are available for both traditional and non-traditional students pursuing various fields of study, including, but not limited to:

Nebraska Sandhills Cattlemen Scholarships - February 28, 2025
For students who raise cattle or plan to go into the agricultural career field.

Dawson Public Power District: Utility Line Scholarship – March 17, 2025
This $2,000 scholarship is available to one high school senior who is pursuing a career in Utility Line/Lineworker. We also offer a Utility Line Camp in May that provides hands-on activities to give Freshmen-Juniors a closer look at the job.
Dawson Public Power District: STEM Scholarship – March 17, 2025
This $2,000 is for any high school senior who is pursuing a STEM-related career. Engineering, accounting, Math, Science, IT, and other careers fit under this category.

Scholarship worth $1000 to a graduating senior wanting to go into law enforcement or criminal justice
Dawson County Farm Bureau Scholarship - April 2 of current year
Dawson County Farm Bureau will fund three scholarships for $1000 each for educational assistance to three deserving high school seniors, whose parent(s) are members of the Dawson County Farm Bureau. Applicants must be a graduating high school senior exhibiting the desire and ability to complete a collegiate 2 or 4 year plan of study. Applicants with a rural background and have an interest in majoring in some aspect of agriculture will be given first priority. HOWEVER, consideration will be given to all qualified applicants.
Amount: $1000 available after September 1 upon proof of college enrollment provided to Dawson County Farm Bureau Board. Applications due to the Farm Bureau Office by April 2 of current year.

Buffalo County Farm Bureau - April 8, 2025
BUFFALO COUNTY FARM BUREAU SCHOLARSHIP
Buffalo County Farm Bureau will fund up to Seven (7) scholarships for $1000 each for educational assistance to Seven (7) deserving high school seniors living in Buffalo County, Nebraska.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be a graduating high school senior exhibiting the desire and ability to complete a collegiate plan of study. They must plan to pursue a 2-4 year course of study.
Applicants must be a resident of Buffalo County.
Applicants with a rural background that have an interest in majoring in some aspect of agriculture and are a Buffalo County Farm Bureau member will be given first priority. However, consideration will be given to ALL applicants.
Applicants are required to fill out the entire application, include a short essay as instructed on the application, attach transcript with ACT scores and include Three (3) letters of recommendation.
The Buffalo County Farm Bureau Administrative Board will make the selections. APPLICATIONS MUST BE POSTMARKED OR RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE NO LATER THAN TUESDAY APRIL 8, 2025. Electronic submissions are not allowed. All recipients will be notified by April 28, 2025.
Two (2) alternates will be selected.
NOTE: The scholarship money will be sent payable directly to the college the first week of January 2026 right before the start of the second semester. We will also verify with the college that the recipient has successfully completed the first semester and has enrolled for second semester classes before funds are mailed.
