Just wanted to send out a reminder about the Back to School Open House that is tonight @ 5:30! We hope to see everyone there! We will start out in the competition gym with a presentation and then from there everyone can go visit classrooms. At 6:30 there will be the Coach/Parent meetings in the lobby @ 6:30!
Good morning SEM!!! As some of you have noticed you have not received the back to school paperwork that you usually have to fill out! YAY! I know that is what some of you are thinking. Well not to fast! We are doing something different this year. We have put all of this paperwork online! It is now on your PowerSchool. So you will need to access your Student/Parent PowerSchool account and fill out all of these forms. I usually like to have all forms back to me by the middle of July but that did not happen this year so I am a little nervous about getting all of this done, but we will get it done!! I am going to attach the link for the Student/Parent PowerSchool just in case you need it! Find the Forms tab and everything should be there! We will also have some Chromebooks set up at the Back To School Night if you need some help and we can try and help you then also! Just wanted to send out a little note regarding back to school paperwork. We are working on getting all of this moved to an online process. This should be complete soon. Just want to send another reminder about making sure to get Physicals taken care of! Sports physical for all 7-12 before the 1st day of practice, Kindergarten and 7th grade are required to have them done before the 1st day of school!
Reminder to come in and sign a new Weight Room Form before August 1st!
Welcome Night for New Superintendent!!
All current and former band students are invited to march with us in the 4th of July parade! We will meet in the music room at 9:30AM on the morning of the 4th. Please come on time so we can make sure instruments are in working order and can get our formation worked out. Wear any school appropriate clothes. Red, White and Blue are great colors to wear and sunglasses are allowed! We want to have fun and represent SEM school well! There will be a trailer at the end of the parade for students to ride back so you can get on other floats or watch the parade. Thank you and let's make this a great representation of the SEM band!
Just a reminder that all sports physicals are due before the first day of practice and all Kindergarteners and 7th graders are required to have a physical before the first day of school!
Just a reminder that Weight Room cards will become inactive as of August 1st! Please come in and fill out a new weight room form sometime between now and August 1st so that your card will still work after that date. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00-3:00! The office will be CLOSED the week of the 4th of July! Thank you and have a great summer!!
Summer school will start Monday June 2nd. It will run Monday-Thursday from 9:00-11:30AM. The Lexington bus will pick up at 8:30 in the St. Ann's Parish Center Parking lot. The East route will pick up in Kearney at 8:15 and Miller at 8:50. The West route will pick up at Oconto @ 7:40, Eddyville @ 7:55, Schipporeitt's @ 8:20, Burr's @ 8:35!

D-5 District Track and Field Championships!! May 14th, 2025
This message is for the parents of students in Grades 7-11!! If your student meets the standards that have been set for Spring MAP's testing that is being taken on Wednesday and Thursday, they will be release @ 12:00! If your student normally rides the bus, we will have activities in the gym for them to do or you are more then welcome to come and get them. If for some reason you do not want them released please let the school know. You will receive a text message if your student has met these standards and is being released!
The Cup & Cork will be in Sumner on Tuesday May 6th from 7:00am-10:00am! It will be parked a crossed the street from the school! We would like to invite all the Staff, Public, and Students to get a coffee or a smoothie or something to help you get through your day!!
